Is there any place in their TOS you've seen them say you can't do this?

		<description>I did it for a client blog. The blog had about 3-4 posts every day - all were digged the same day. They didn't send me any warning. Just blocked the account and the domain name from the system.</description>

		<description>Digg prohibits this kind of activity. Believe me I lost an account doing exactly what you described. But I agree it definitely did increase visitor counts on my site.</description>
