		<description>I think these boil down to initiative. Try as I might I've finally learned that this can't be taught and if the position you are trying to fill requires it and you don't see it in the individual it's time to move on or make a change.</description>

		<description>I agree with most of the points. We follow a flexi timing system in our office. So long as you are meeting your targets/deadline and don't become a show stopper in a multi-member project, it doesn't matter if you leave at 5, 6 or 7PM.</description>
