In that case too - I think someone should be willing to quick "release" someone if they are messing up the team dynamics...

		<description>In the book from good to great it is said that great companies (and leaders) act when they see an employee problem. I imagine this is a similar extension of that idea. The "act" doesn't have to be decisive or visceral, but one must address the problem and get things in the open.</description>
